Package Discounts
4-Session Package - Prices starting at $110 per session - Based on the prices listed for single sessions, subtract $15 from the cost of each 60-minute session and $20 from the cost of each nature-immersive session. All 4 sessions must be completed within 3 months of the date of purchase.
As an example, if you purchase a 4-session package and request three 60-minute phone sessions and one 90-minute nature-immersive phone session, then the total price would be calculated as ($125-$15) x 3 + ($160-$20) x 1 = $470.
8-Session Package - Prices starting at $100 per session - Based on the prices listed for single sessions, subtract $25 from the cost of each 60-minute session and $40 from the cost of each nature-immersive session. All 8 sessions must be completed within 6 months of the date of purchase.
As an example, if you purchase an 8-session package of 60-minute phone sessions, the total price would be calculated as ($125-$25) x 8 = $800.
Policies
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Except in the case of illness or emergency, appointments must be rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Refunds are not guaranteed for last-minute cancellations.
An appointment may only be rescheduled one time. Please be aware of the expiration date on your session package. I cannot guarantee availability on your preferred days/times, so I suggest scheduling in advance and keeping your appointments whenever possible. If you have concerns about this—for example, because you are a caregiver or live with chronic illness—please let me know.
Refunds
If you cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance, I am happy to offer you a refund, minus any currency conversion or payment processing fees. If you want to cancel a partially used package of sessions, you must do so before the package expires. Your refund will be calculated based on the single session rate for completed sessions and will also reflect deductions for any currency conversion or payment processing fees incurred by Stripe.
